Now allows installation with:

`pip install [URL]`

The produced console script is named `mksc`, e.g.:

`mksc --help`

The list of available (aka 'supported') languages is now printed in the
helper

`mk_script.py` is a small utility to create an empty script with
pre-filled header in a chosen language based on template.

See `mk_script.py --help` for details on usage and options.

So far, only python template is offered.
